Irish Soda Bread:
This is a new addition, please feel free to special order it from us, (There are Minimum Quantities to Order) We will hopefully have this at the market each week throughout the season. We are also working on some interesting Flavor Combinations.
Guinness Tear & Share Rolls:
A Basic Bread Dough made with Guinness instead of Milk or Water. We then let it sit for two to three days in the fridge to let the flavors intensify, then we turn it into the small tear and share roll sets and bake it.
Shaped Mini Bread Rolls:
These were a standard thing that Paul was taught to make in Catering College, they are generally used for Fancy Lunches and Dinners, but we think they are great to split and toast with a little cheese over them.
